Deliveries and returns


Orders are shipped by Colissimo Pick-Up between 3 and 6 working days, by Colissimo against signature between 2 and 5 working days or by Chronopost for an express delivery under 48H working days.

For orders placed from France by Colissimo Pick-Up, shipping is free for orders over 50€. For orders placed abroad, the amount of shipping costs is calculated according to the geographical area, shipping costs are offered from 150€ of purchase (excluding America, Middle East, Asia, Oceania and Africa).

All orders placed before 9am are shipped the same day. You can track your shipment with the tracking number sent by email on the website:



You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase. The refund will be visible within 7-10 working days. You can request an exchange for another size from your customer account.
To do this, we invite you to go to your WILD account and make a request for return for exchange.

If the size you selected is no longer available for exchange, we will proceed with the refund of your item.

The return for an exchange is at the expense of the customer For logistical reasons, from now on international returns (countries outside the EU) are no longer accepted. Thank you for your understanding.


You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases for a refund if they are not suitable. To do so, simply follow the different steps in the section MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS on :

- Check the products you wish to return.

- Choose the type of return "REFUND" and validate.

- Print the return form that you will receive by email.

- Deposit your letter in a mailbox or your colissimo at the Post Office.

The return costs are at the customer's expense.

We advise you to use a colissimo envelope to send back a Wild article.

If you are returning a jersey it is important to return the top and bottom, otherwise we will not be able to refund you.

Your articles must be returned to us in their packing and in their state of origin, accompanied by the delivery slip received by email at the following address

Once your request for return processed by our services, you will receive an email with the change of status of your order by "package received".
Then, WILD proceeds to the refund of the said sums, on the bank account having been used for the payment without unjustified delay and at the latest in the fourteen (14) days as from the date of sending of the product subjected to the right of retractation (postmark or slip of transport being taken as proof).

If a model has a defect, all models are guaranteed for 45 days.

If it is an order made on the website, the guarantee starts on the date of receipt of the order.

To benefit from the guarantee, simply follow these steps go to your MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS area:

- Check the products you wish to return.

- Choose the type of return "GUARANTEE" and validate.

- Print the retraction form and the prepaid label that you will receive by email.

- Deposit your colissimo at the Post Office.

The defective product will be picked up at Hipanema at 58 Rue Charlot, 75003 Paris.

The customers having bought a Wild product in a physical store or in an Internet retailer (, must contact the retailer where they made their purchase.

Only the established purchase invoice (or receipt with legible date) is valid as proof of guarantee.

The return of merchandise outside of the warranty must be accompanied by payment for the repair (by check payable to Hipanema)
